Tomato soup and I add sun dried tomatoes for an extra taste.

I love endives soup one of my ultimate favourite! I put some &quot;coeur&quot; of salmon in it! Yummy!
Carrot &amp; coriander &amp; coconut.
I did some celery soup for lunch with crushed hazelnuts and a splash of hazelnut oil.
Watercress soup also excellent with some fish in it!

		<description>For anyone still not inspired, here&#039;s some of my favourite combinations starting from the leek and onion base are.....

* Add a potato for a creamy leek &amp; potato soup.
* Roasted tomatoes and red peppers
* Pumpkin....mmmm!
* Spicy Parsnip (add chili flakes)
* Carrot &amp; coconut (add a splash of coconut milk when belnding!)
