Nutritional Responsibility is the concept of choosing a nutritional habit that will survive beyond any diet plan, calorie restriction protocol, or quick fix solution our world is filled with today.
The idea is you must take responsibility for the food you choose to consume on a daily basis, going back to basic principles of eating fresh and clean produce that has not gone through a manufacturing process before you consume it.
Whilst it is a 28 day program, the habits you will adopt are designed to stay with you for the rest of your life, freeing you from the yo yo style weight loss plans many people have experienced in the past. The program is strict for the first 28 days for good reason, and we do ask for an “ALL or nothing” approach, and yet after you are free to experiment and adapt the habits, not becoming a monk and having lifelong abstinence from all the delightful food this world has to offer.
This is a nutritional program for the real world where you want to look great but at the same time not feel handcuffed by an overly strict regime that you’ll never see the end of.
The concept of Nutritional Responsibility was conceived by Tim Goodwin, Luxembourg’s top fat loss expert and personal trainer. The guide itself was developed by Samantha Goodwin, wife and business partner.
